Sean joins the team at TPM after recently completing his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology degree at James Cook University. Sean’s passion for exercise stems from his background in CrossFit coaching, and has an extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning, with a particular focus on functional movement.
Seans interests include strength and conditioning, sports specific rehabilitation following injury, metabolic conditions, and using exercise as a tool to promote good mental health. Sean believes that everyone can participate in exercise, regardless of their age or condition, and promotes goal setting to help his clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Sean has been involved in sport since a young age, including athletics, touch football and golf. Following being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 22, Sean found that the best way to manage his condition was through nutritionand exercise, and now passionately advocates healthy lifestyle modifications to all of his clients.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys CrossFit, having a coffee with friends, cooking (and eating), and spending time outdoors.
