What to Expect in Our Runner’s Strength Class

Each session focuses on functional strength movements, mobility work, and injury prevention strategies tailored to the unique demands of running. Expect a mix of:

Single-leg strength drills to improve balance and stability
Core and hip strength exercises to enhance posture and power
Plyometric training for better speed and explosiveness
Mobility work to keep you running smooth and pain-free

Led by experienced physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, these sessions are safe, science-backed, and designed to complement your running routine.
