Meet your practitioner, Anna
Anna brings a unique and deeply supportive approach to holistic health. With qualifications in Yoga Therapy and High Performance Mindset Coaching, Anna understands the mind-body connection and how it impacts our ability to make and maintain healthy changes.
She works closely with clients to shift mindset blocks and build confidence, especially when it comes to integrating physical activity and positive habits into daily life. Anna takes great pride in helping people return to movement in a way that feels easeful, joyful, and sustainable, no matter where they’re starting from.
Her sessions are calm, empowering, and always tailored to meet you where you’re at.
As a clinical exercise physiologist for over 15 years Anna is able to tailor your exercise and lifestyle changes to relieve symptoms of health conditions and concerns.
