Pilates Woolgoolga classes are capped at six people per class. Bookings are required and can be booked online anytime under ‘group classes’
Woolgoolga Reformer Pilates sessions will include a variety of equipment including Pilates reformer, mat work, bands, balls, rollers, and Pilates rings.
