Surfit is a surf-specific strength and conditioning program designed to enhance your performance in the water. Whether you’re a seasoned surfer or just starting out, Surfit helps build the strength, endurance, mobility, and balance needed to ride waves with confidence.

With expert coaching and a supportive group environment, you’ll be guided through workouts designed to enhance paddling power, reduce injury risk, and improve overall surfing ability.
Meet Your Coach – Dael Wulff
Dael is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and passionate surfer with years of experience helping people build functional strength and resilience. She understands the demands surfing places on the body and designs programs that help surfers of all ages and abilities move better, feel stronger, and surf longer.
Dael is passionate about teaching correct form and technique, ensuring that every movement is performed safely and effectively. She believes in building strength from a young age in a way that is both professional and fun, fostering a love for movement that carries into the water. Her coaching approach focuses on injury prevention, mobility, endurance, and core stability ~ key elements for any surfer looking to enhance their performance and longevity in the sport. Whether you’re a grom just starting out or an experienced surfer looking to refine your fitness, Dael provides expert guidance to help you reach your goals.

A fun and engaging class tailored to young surfers who want to develop strength, balance, and endurance for the waves. Sessions focus on surf-specific drills, movement patterns, and fitness foundations to help groms build confidence and skill in and out of the water.
