STEP 2: When your friend makes their first appointment, they will complete their Initial patient details which will have a ‘Friend Referral’ section  (HINT- This is where your name will go!)

STEP 3: The team at TPM will credit yours AND your friend’s account with $20 each, to be used at your next appointment.
