Part-Time Receptionist Position Available in Woolgoolga

YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and vibrant front-of-house receptionist to take lead with our administrative operations for our Woolgoolga practice and to be the warm and welcoming face when clients enter our modern family-run clinic. The ideal candidate will be a flexible and motivated person who works with a strong patient focus, pays keen attention to detail, possesses problem-solving skills, and works well within a fast-paced environment, both autonomously and as a member of a team.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Day-to-day operations of the clinic’s administrative duties
- General operational assistance in a professional and courteous manner
- Making clients feel welcome and assisted
- Payment processing, using HICAPS and EFTPOS terminals
- Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies and ordering equipment
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff, and patient information.
- Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively
- Foster a working environment that is professional, friendly, and service-focused, in order to optimise client satisfaction
- Passionate about healthcare excellence.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Personal accountability in identifying solutions and helping to achieve shared goals
- Strong customer focus and an ability to motivate a team
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks at any one time
- Mac Computer skills
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Experience with Cliniko software and Medicare programs
- Administrative experience in a private Physiotherapy or other allied health practice
- NDIS invoicing experience
HOURS AND REMUNERATION
- We currently have an opening for a part-time position, 20 hours per week to begin, with the flexibility and availability to cover day shifts when needed.
- Salary will be dependent on the successful applicant’s experience and suitability for the role
