Type: Strength & Mobility

Tuesday: Run Fit

Time: 5:30 PM
Type: Cardio & Endurance
Details: Run Fit is designed to boost your running performance. This class includes interval training, running drills, and conditioning to enhance your endurance and speed.
Who Should Join? Perfect for runners of all levels who want to improve their technique, endurance, run injury-free free or prep for upcoming races.


Wednesday: Surf Fit (Adults)

Time: 5:30 PM
Type: Strength & Cardio
Details: A surf-specific fitness class aimed at building strength, stamina, and mobility tailored to surfers. The exercises target muscles used in paddling, balance, and overall performance on the water.

Thursday: Surf Fit (Groms)

Time: 5:00 PM
Type: Strength & Fun
Details: This class is specifically designed for the younger surf enthusiasts (groms). The class works on fitness while keeping it fun and surf-focused.
Who Should Join? Open to kids who want to improve their surfing fitness while having a good time. This is a term-based class.
